You know you’re ready for life coaching when you’re ready for change but feel super stuck or scared about what’s next.

If you keep letting your excuses or circumstances sideswipe your momentum toward your life goals, where will you be a year from now?

Still stuck?
Still wishing things were different?
Still watching other women do brave things and sighing (or seething) with jealousy?

In an uncertain world, this much is certain — situations will happen.
Always and forever.

But that doesn’t mean you need to keep setting your deepest desires aside because ‘it’s not the right time.’

There will never be a perfect time to:

  • Transition your career

  • End an unfulfilling relationship

  • Get a handle on your imposter syndrome

  • Go for the promotion you’ve convinced yourself isn’t realistic

  • Work through the loss of a loved one

  • Learn how to stop people pleasing & set strong boundaries

  • Take back control over your eating & health habits

  • Make new friends as an adult

  • Thrive in a situation that isn’t instantly changeable

  • Launch a business you’ve been scared to take action on

  • Relocate to a place you’ve always wanted to live

  • Navigate a surprise diagnosis

  • Muster the courage to go to the gym when you feel tired & intimidated

1:1 COACHING

Working with a life coach provides perspective and support so you can stop feeling overwhelmed by challenges and change.

Life coaching with Kate means you have ‘all-in’ support for two months:

  • 8 weekly Zoom calls (Completely private 45 minutes sessions)

  • Daily text check-ins

  • Voice memo support for SOS moments

In your weekly sessions, you’ll learn practical life skills that you can implement immediately to help overcome setbacks that would normally derail your emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

As opposed to traditional therapy, life coaching is more relatable and forward-focused. If you have tried psychotherapy or counseling with limited results, life coaching may be the answer!

What clients say…

  • “Kate’s coaching is unique, and I would most definitely recommend her over a counselor or psychologist. As someone who has been to both, I have found Kate’s coaching more practical and productive as she helps you understand your thoughts and feelings and how to move through them, rather than just talking about how to cope. Her support in the sessions, as well as outside, provides you with the most productive way to overcome your situation and gain clarity on your thoughts 24/7.”

    — TESS

  • "I wanted help but not from someone who I felt might try and diagnose me, I wanted action. Before coaching with Kate I felt constantly angry and frustrated. I couldn’t relax. At times I found it difficult to fall asleep at night. Kate helped me see the power of my thoughts as a trigger for actions. During a particularly challenging time, I was able to understand my thoughts and act upon them which helped create a much better outcome. My life remains balanced and healthy."

    — LIZZY

  • “The results of coaching with Kate have blown my mind! I am able to stay positive and calm dealing with my ex husband. I am able to open up and be honest in my relationship. I am able to be more patient with my children. I have taken massive action towards creating a successful business that I love and the job of my dreams. I am on my way to achieving more goals with my fitness and hobbies. I am ticking off things that I have always wanted to do but haven’t had the determination to follow through with.”

    — STACEY

  • “Coaching with Kate has honestly been such a game changer for me. Kate has helped me become much less critical of myself and understand that I do not have to prove my worth to anyone, nor do I have to reach certain benchmarks to feel worthy. I have no regrets in signing up and think that if anyone needs the push to make positive changes in their life but doesn’t feel they can do it, Kate gives them the gentle push and tools to show them that they are capable of making those changes!”

    — JAIME

  • “I left each session with a range of tools to weave into each day to ensure that I show up as the best version of myself. In the short time that I have had the honour of having Kate as my coach, I have noticed a real and significant shift in my self-confidence and in my resilience. I am more aware of the thoughts that I have and the impact that these thoughts have on my feelings and behaviour. I am beginning to embrace the idea of living life and dreaming on purpose, and this sparks a sense of excitement for the future.”

    — AVRIL

  • “I was able to pour my heart out to Kate. I now have tools to prevent thoughts creating feelings that could be toxic to my success. Since coaching with Kate, my overall mood has changed. I’m able to go to sleep at night without a bunch of thoughts circling in my head. I’m able to wake up without dread and anxiety about scheduled tasks. I have a different outlook altogether. I feel the strength and confidence required to go outside of my comfort zone as I pursue a new career.”

    — LAUREN

  • “My mind set has shifted. I can see the differences in how I interact with people and how I view the things other people do. Also, I can see myself trying to turn situations into positives and if that can’t happen sitting with the feeling and repeating the mantra we created together. I have become a bit more open to people and I have matured more, in the sense that I don’t blame others for my feelings and I accept that I’m choosing to think a certain way about a situation which is making me feel a certain way. I have also noticed that I am trying to find the positives in all situations.”

    — GABBY

  • "After feeling stuck with the same problems, I knew that it was time to try something different. In my first half-hour session with Kate, I felt like I had already gained so much knowledge. There was just a genuineness about Kate where it felt like you were really listening to what I was saying, and whilst she showed kindness and compassion towards the thought patterns I presented, she also never beat around the bush with her advice. This for me was important as it gave me the wake-up call that I needed.”

  • Kate’s coaching is based on many principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) but with her own personal twist (because she always struggled to connect with content that is too ‘’dry’’ or formal). Kate combines the principles of CBT with her personal experiences and qualifications as a life coach to help people shift things in their life relatively quickly. Kate has worked with hundreds of private clients and has taught resilience skills to hundreds of thousands of audience members around the world.

  • Absolutely. Life coaching is not intended to help people recover from emotional or other psychological disorders such as clinical depression, anxiety, substance abuse, disordered eating, physical and emotional abuse, and any other psychological condition that requires a deep excavation of one's past to facilitate healing. Therapy would be the right protocol in those situations.

  • 8 weekly Zoom calls with daily text support and podcasts in between.

  • Learning new resilience skills to live your best life takes practice so Kate recommends an 8-week coaching package.

The total investment is USD $2,175 investment, which is either paid upfront or billed automatically every two weeks from your sign-on date.

Confidential text support is provided between sessions so Kate can connect with, uplift, and inspire you until your next session. She'll share videos, books, podcasts, and other resources to keep you motivated and moving forward.

More client feedback…

  • “Initially, I started looking into getting a life coach when I was searching for a way to manage my anxiety and improve my ability to adapt to change. I had tried other kinds of professional help such as therapy, but found that I wasn’t being given the tools that I needed to overcome my struggles. Being coached by Kate has been an incredibly informative journey that has absolutely changed my life for the better. Kate is such an authentic, considerate person whose tools and techniques for dealing with stress, grieving, and so much more feel truly genuine and tailored to the individual. Kate is a patient person who adapts her strategies to specific struggles. I am more confident and well-adjusted in social situations. Additionally, I’ve become much better at having a more positive thought process and increasing my productivity. I would recommend Kate as opposed to a counselor or a psychologist because she is still an experienced professional, however, she can share her own life experience in a way that makes the person being coached feel seen and inspired. The advice and tools that I have received throughout Kate’s coaching sessions have been some of the most helpful pieces of information that have been given to me in my entire life! For anyone considering coaching, there is no doubt in my mind that they would benefit from booking sessions with Kate.”

    — WAVERLY

  • “My experience coaching with Kate has been really helpful and even eye-opening. I’ve been able to talk myself out of jumping to conclusions or getting my feelings hurt. I think what’s unique about her is I always leave sessions feeling better and more prepared for anything to come up in the future, as opposed to focusing on past problems. Coaching with Kate has helped me feel more prepared for anything.”
