My coaching is for people tired of repeating the same patterns — the procrastination, the self-sabotage, the feeling stuck even when you're "doing all the right things." I help you understand what's actually driving those patterns and give you practical tools to interrupt them, so you can respond with purpose instead of staying on autopilot.

With more than eight years of coaching over 1,000 private clients through burnout, transition, loss, and "now what?" moments, I've learned this: sustainable change doesn't come from willpower or forced positivity. It comes from understanding how your brain works and learning to work with it, not against it.
